This National Historic Landmark is an art-filled estate that was home to four generations of the Rockefeller family and is now a property of the National Trust for Historic Preservation, maintained by the Rockefeller Brothers Fund. The program addressed the integrity of a series of vaults located below the Oceanus Fountain. These exhibited signs of severe water damage. Repair work was also performed on the Adam and Eve sculpture, the surrounding exterior walls of the vault, and the plaza area at the base of the Grand Stairway. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided investigation services.
