SUPERSTRUCTURES architects understand that older buildings, such as this beautiful 1909 Snyder school with a modern 1992 addition, can experience dissimilar and multiple failures. A leak investigation, combining roof moisture surveys, water deluge testing, leakage mapping, and flood testing, proved that different room leaks came from water penetration through different building elements. Masking lower leak sources provided info on which upper surfaces had failed. An improperly repaired element also had to be replaced.
