      76 Laight Street is a 10-story warehouse constructed in 1899. The building has been converted into a cooperative residential apartment building that is now part of the Tribeca North Historic District. SUPERSTRUCTURES provided mortar analysis and recommendations, stone and brick cleaning treatments for the removal of soiling and graffiti and vault light restoration recommendations for the client. Client: Easton Architects LLP.
