Columbia University Medical Center
New York, NY
The Columbia University Medical Center is a complex of ten buildings comprising over a hundred roofs at varying levels. Since the roofs are EPDM or SBS, infrared thermography, most effective after sundown, is the appropriate technology for moisture surveys. SUPERSTRUCTURES conducted a sun study to assist in scheduling the ground-based IR survey of the roofs as part of an asset management project for the university.
